The company that I am working for needs to have three levels of discounting. Basically they need to be able to do three things.
First, they want to be able to change the price of individual products for specific customers. Second, they need to have 10 different groups that they can assign different prices to different products. Finally, they want to have a general quantity discount depending on how many products a customer orders.
I have set up the 10 different discount groups and the general quantity discounts, but I am having trouble setting up the Customer prices. I have set xcustomerprices = yes in the shopconfig and set the customerid, the catalogid, and the discount amount in the customer prices table, but whenever I checkout, the price that I get is the base price with no discount applied. Any thoughts/comments/suggestions.
