I've seen some sites i use that actually display the tracking results on their site, I'm not sure if this can be done with UPS which is who we use as I've only seen it with Fed-Ex but it is a very impressive feature.
I've also seen a site that has an integrated forum, this site was a php site which would have made it a lot easier to integrate a php forum but if there was any way of integrating one of the free open source asp forums out there this would also be an excellent feature as customers would not have to register for both separately and products could have a link to where that product was discussed on the forum on the extended description page, plus it would make it a lot easier to get people to sign up and post to your forum if they are already logged in and its integrated throughout your site.
