I am in need of an add-on that will accommodate setting up multiple destinations for an individual client to select from and ship to.

I would also like my users to be able to select multiple products on a given page before adding to cart and interrupting the order flow. For example, Client A buys about the same toner and ink cartridges each time so they do a search for five model numbers - 3021,5644,1234,6577,8767 - These products all show up on the same page but the user has to click add to cart then continue shopping then go back to the categories and navigate back to... well, you get my point.

Does anyone have any info on these topics?

Select xproductselect=Yes
in the Shop Configuration

This will allow then purchase all products at the same time with one button press after then have checked the products they want
