It would be nice to have a message box to confirm your choice on things like deleting/adding customer records or records in general. I regularly edit customer records to add information, and it doesn't take much to mistakenly click the delete or add record button when you wanted to update. A yes/no message box to confirm would be nice.

Yes, delete is all to easy.
