 outgoing mail is 15 hours behind		  New Topic  Reply to Topic

When we send mail it goes with a time 15 hours behind. Now the webserver that the website is on is set to Sydney time. Is there a way to reset the time within VP-ASP. Perhaps it is an issue with the time setting on the MySQL server, if that is possible. Does anyone know?
