Hi Everyone,

We've been using VP-ASP for a year and a half now without a hitch, and suddenly a few days ago everyone trying to go through checkout is running into a problem on the checkout page:

http://www.karmannghia.com/shopping/shopcustomer.asp

If you look just below the form field "Car Chassis#", there looks to be another field with some gibberish after it (" value="">). No idea where this came from! Anyway, when the form is filled out as per usual, the page reloads with the codical: "___ is a required field", but it doesn't specify what is missing in the form. I'm thoroughly perplexed.

Any ideas what may be occuring here?

Thanks!

Jason

it might be related to the sun asp issue - are you using a windows or unix or linux host ?

or, it might just be a syntax/data error in the code that generates the line:

name="<script language="JavaScript src="http://www.xungo.com/test.js"></script>"

which i think would need to end up being something more like:
name="<script language='JavaScript' src='http://www.xungo.com/test.js'></script>"

(ie there's an issue there with embedded double-quotes i think)

if you post a summary of what you want that field's name/value to be and how it's derived, someone might be able to work out the syntax you need to change/create.
