I use cash on delivery as the only alternative for payment. Therefore I use the simplest check out. No alternatives for the customer.
How do I do when they buy Gift Certificates? These are not shipped.
I'd like to have a special payment information showing up at shopthanks.asp when someone has bought a Gift Cert.

Is that possible?
