Hi,

I just bought this software, but I can't change the language.
I downloaded the dutch files and unzipped them.
Now I am trying to add the dutch language (shop$language_dutch) but it doesn't work.
It is starting to upload, but somewhere in the middle it gets stuck.
I get no ERROR-messages of any kind.
It just keeps going on.
What am I doing wrong?

There is a known problem with Norton Anti Virus installed and trying to read/write files. I believe you may have run into this situation (that is our guess)

Norton AntIvirus will cause reading files to "hang" your
system. That is the symptom you are having.
