I am getting this error when I am trying to checkout of a vpasp shopping cart that I am trying to customize

Cannot locate shipping record
select * from shipmethods where shipmethod='Jawad ' and shipcountry='other'

What can be the problem?

It sounds like your database is in the wrong place. Check your shop$fconfig.asp to find out where your database is supposed to be located.

If that is not it then make sure that your database has column it is looking for and that thename hasn't been changed.

What page exactly are you getting this error on?

The data might be culprit to cause the error. Eidt your shipping table by going to admin pages, and edit that particular record. keep the country empty and smprice 0 and check?
Let us know what would be the cause of the problem.

Found the problem is so;ved by replacing country code instead full country name.
