On the Shipping Form in Checkout, the pull down menu shows all shipping methods I have set up (ie. USA Xpress Post, USA expedited, Canada expedited, International Air, International Surface, No shipping charge, etc) I would like to show only shipping method relevant to ship country or customer country
if ship country is not specified.(ie. if the country is USA, show only USA Xpress Post and USA expedited. If overseas, show only International Air and International Surface.)

Would anyone have a code that I could use and modify?

In order to force shipping according to customers country, you have to modify the shopcustomerform.asp I have used something like this but it involved some some code work. If you can mail me with detail and your shopcustomerform.asp and shopcustomer.asp, I'll be able to help you.
