 cdosys with MSserver 2003		  New Topic  Reply to Topic

Server 2003 not mailing using the cdosys designation for variable xemailtype - - accessing website across a network attached storage system - wondering if that could be the deal - any ideas? Both web server and mail server are here in the LAN - not using an ISP.

A qucik test is,
Type diag_dbtest.asp (after http://localhost/shop/) in the browser, Click on Test Mail. This supposed to send out a single line mail to your email. If you dont get it, then some setup is wrong in you mail.
One thing though, if you system is lan and trying send email, you might get the email in Junk/Bulk folder or block by mail server becuase the machine is not recogonizedd.

Note: Before goin to live remove this diag_dbtest.asp files
