I am just going through the motions of setting up the cart and find when I view my live cart there are demo product catergories etc.
Is there any way to remove all this demo info at once please, I cannot find it in the developers manual.

Hi...
If product and category tables are having only demo record you can remove those by go to the each table and delete all. Admin menu will that for you.
In Shop Administration
* Edit Products
* Edit Categories
* Edit Product Features
and delete all will do the job.
But if have inserted your own products into that then you will have to do one by one...
