We're trying to get better metrics on shopping traffic and activity. Are there any best practices or recommendations on the best way to track visitor behavior through VP-ASP? Our web logs only show total page deliveries for key pages (ie. shopcustomer.asp, etc.) and there's really no way I can see to tell how many people abandon carts for example, or where they abandon.
Does VP-ASP have any kind of measurement or reporting capabilities? BTW, we're using version 3, upgrading soon to version 5.
