Just received the answer and wanted to share in case anyone else can use:
The correct file name is shopproductfeaturegenerate.asp instead of shopproductfeatureprocess.asp.
On around line 441 find the line:
Sub AddFeatureimage (istr)
then after this line add:
exit sub

I was given directions for this but can't find this subroutine in the given page and once I find still don't understand where to put the code.
Can anyone help?
"You can stop the shopping cart displaying feature images by adding an "exit sub" line to the addfeatureimage subroutine in the shopproductfeatureprocess.asp file on about line 442. This will stop the feature image from being auto showed next to the feature."
