Hello,
I am trying to get the realtime rate from UPS for international
shipping, but it does not work. Our company is located in US
and we want to ship our products to Canada ("CA").
If I keep the default "const shipdefaultcountry='other'" in page
shopshippingcalc.asp, page shopcreateorder.asp shows this error
"Cannot locate shipping record
Select * from shipmethods where shipmethod='UPS' and
shipcountry='other'".
If I change "const shipdefaultcountry='other'" to "const
shipdefaultcountry='US'" in page shopshippingcalc.asp,
upsrealtime.asp shows this error "UPS rates failed with the
following message 081".
Please advise. Thanks for your time.
