Has anyone done any expanded affilate reporting? Like payments due, payments made, and text links and banner links for the affilates?

I want this too, Plus I am looking for someone to do the following.

1. when customer enters the order he/she automatically become an affiliate and affiliate record is added to the affiliate table using the same info (using the same username and password) I don't require their bank account etc...
2. Email is send to the affiliate in html format with his aff/links that he/she can put on the websites or send to other users etc...( or to advertise those links).

need Configuration help on (these are there just need to change configuration)
3. Every order we get will aff. will get $1 (I will call it points).
4. Everything else should work the same way except aff. cannot register by themselves.
5. In Aff. reports it will show points instead of $ (how much they earn etc..)
6. Aff gets email for each order.
7. full testing of the site.

I am using 4.5 and willing to pay for it, send me email with quote at [email protected]

Is there a way to email your affiliates letting them know they have received a commission for version 4.5? I think 5.5 has this.
