Ok its been two days and I still have not received a valid license key nor am I able to use my software.

I am requesting a full refund and will alert my credit card company of this.

It is a shame that VPASP cant even use thier own software to process a simple request like this.

I would hope that you have contacted support directly with this problem. Why don't you give them an alternate email address that they can send it to. I have a client whose server just seems to hate my email address. Nobody can figure out why but I gave them an alternate and bingo! Go figure.
