Our PayPal Payflow checkout gives users a blank screen when they try to submit payment information.

PayPal support is looking for an API request and response.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to get a request and response?

Thanks Alex for the suggestion.

Turns out we had recently turned up the security on our image server and the increased security was stopping the forwarding back to the main shopping website.
