I was trying to generate RSS feed via VPCart for the first time and got error
Error: No records in the XMLFeed table.
The following steps helped to resolve it. Thought to share it here :)
1. Log into the VP-Cart Control Panel.
2. Choose ''Modules'' and ''SEO Manager'' from the menu.
3. Click on "XML Feed" configuration''
4. Click on "Add Store Products To XML Feed".
5. Click on ''XML_Feed All Records'' if you need XML feed generated for all products or select particular products and click on ''XML_Feed Selected Records'' button.
4. Click on "Generate RSS feed" icon to generate RSS feed. Ensure that the /shop/export folder have write/modify permissions to avoid any error.
