Hi All,

I'm seeking some assistance with setting up .htm responses rather than .txt responses.

For example, I would like to notify our customers that their order has been processed with a nice .htm template rather than the tmp_customerprocessed.txt

Where do I specify which template file I would l use for emailing customers through the backend?

u must change this from administration. there is a config xmailprocessedtemplate. the default is tmp_customerprocessed.txt. first thing you create the htm file , you call it maybe tmp_customerprocessed.html and you must upload it to templates 2 cols or 3 cols folder. and you update the config xmailprocessedtemplate to tmp_customerprocessed.html. and that's it.
