I have free shipping set up... I *am* using HK's mod, I don't know if that makes a difference.

We are running a free shipping promo on orders over $99 and are finding that when someone orders a product for $99.99 with a 20% off coupon ($79.99) the cart is still giving them free shipping.

How do I change this? Is there a setting in the cart or do I need to change programming to accomplish this?

did you test if order over $99 and not using coupon, did the free shipping still ok ?
