Hi Rebecca,
there doesn't seem to be a way of doing this through the Admin panel, but if you're ok adding code to pages then here's what you can do. In the Admin Panel go to edit tables and add your business hours info into the fields required (other fields 1, other fields 2 etc) Save the record
For each "other fields" header you need to create a new language record eg
keyword - LangCustHoursA Caption - Business Hours
keyword - LangCustHoursB etc..
Remember to reset your language after adding or editing records.
Open the file shopcustcontact.asp and save a copy.
Scroll down until you see the line Sub DisplayCompanyInfo
Then find the lines that display the fax no. After the </tr> tag for the fax message, add the following code:
' custom business hours fields
<tr>
<th><%=getlang("LangCustHours")%></th>
<td><%=rs("other1")%></font></td>
</tr>
Save, close and upload to server
