I am having a problem editing my products on my webserver when I log on through my laptop which is running windows 7 ultimate I can edit and add products through the normal interface but if I log on through my desktop running windows 7 home I am not able to edit unless I switch to Advanced Edit can anybody help with this

Hi,

could you please let us know what is the VPASP version you are using?
what is the browser type & version you use to edit the product?

oops internet explorer 8 have blocked 9 as it gives problems

update am using IE8 on the laptop and IE9 on the desktop is there a fix for IE9 or does Ver 6.5 have aproblem editing with it.

Hi,

Have you tried enabling the "compatibility view" setting on your IE? The following explains where the option is located:

Thanks for the info setting compatibility has cured the problem much obliged for the info glad thee
re is somebody out there that knows ie9
