When someone tries to place an order using a UK postal code Canada it's giving this error message.
Error occurred getting shipping data. Status code=-3001
Destination Postal Code/State Name/ Country is illegal.
I've tried a couple of different postal codes so as far as I can tell it's not the postal code that's the problem.
From what I've read on Wikipedia the UK doesn't use counties anymore in there postal addresses so it shouldn't be the state code that's illegal. I've added the county information in and https://www.fcsurplus.ca/shopping/canadapostxml.asp is still giving me the same error.
UPS has no problems giving the shipping costs to the postal codes.
I don't think this is a recent problem either as I found an email from over a year ago with a customer complaining about the same thing.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this? |
