Hi,

I have just changed the default text for one of the options in shop$language_english.asp (langcommonwelcome), however it is not changing when I view my store.

Any ideas, do I need to check whether it is using the correct language file in my admin side.

Hi,
This caught me out initially too. You need to "refresh" the language.

To do this, go to "Advanced Settings" > "International" > "Language" > "Reset Language"
Then select the language you want to reset, and press "continue"
