I want to be able to customise our merchant email to make the listing of ordered items compatible with an Excel template.

As far as I can tell the actual content of a customer order is produced by the function [Add-items].

Is it possible to customise this, for instance to display items in a table format?

Hi Sharon,

yes, it could be custom coded in the file shopfileio.asp using the Sub Handle_OITEMS
