Hi,

For some reason I am unable to update or post new Blog or News Topics. I receive the Message: Content Body is a required field.
I've entered content as plain text and html with the same result. I've elevated permissions to Full Control temporarily for anonymous users and same resulting message. Would anyone know what else I should check?

Thank You,

Mitchell

that must be strange if you have filled in the content body with text but still getting error msg.

how about asking vpasp staff directly to check your files.
Diego.

That's most likely a database issue and not NTFS related.

To Those With This Same Problem,

VPASP Support replied with a workaround solution of sorts... Have your customers use compatibility view in IE or Buy the newest release. Not an elagant solution though. Especially if you are needing to instruct all new IE customers on how to use your checkout system. If anyone else has a better solution I would be very interested. I believe this should be a patch made available to existing customers rather than a mandatory incentive to upgrade purchase.

Thank You!

Hi there

This does not actually affect your customers, it is only when updating through the admin. As IE9 handles things differently there are some issues when using older versions of the HTML Editor.

The latest release of our software has been updated to work with IE9 without issue.

Alternatively use FireFox or change the compatibility mode.

Thank you.
