Hows it going everyone?

Just trying to add some content to our site (www.soundevo.co.uk)

I want to be able to add a text to the main category pages, for example on http://www.soundevo.co.uk/shopDisplayCategories.asp?id=1&cat=Alloy+Wheels

Do you guys have any ideas on how to go about doing that?

We recently did a customization like you are looking for. An example is:
http://www.repechage.com/professional-products/anti-aging-skin-care/

What we did was is add within shopdisplaycategories.asp a line called:
getsess("DynCatMemo")

This was then tied to a dim within shopheaders within the SetupdynamicCategory sub:
Dim DynCatMemo
setsess "DynCatMemo",rs("catmemo")

Then just wrap and style your call in shopdisplaycategories and style accordingly. It uses the catmemo field as you can see so you have some freedom there.
