The shipping is set on our shopping cart to use quantityrange. It shows up fine in the cart but for some reason the shipping not being added in to the amount when it goes to our gateway (LinkPoint) or PayPal. Is there some setting I've missed that makes this happen?

are you using paypal express checkout ?

if using paypal Express checkout, you need to :
- select shipping method when you come back to the site to confirm the order.
- and then hen click order now.
- the price with the shipping will be applied automatically to paypal.

Thanks, Diego. That appears to have fixed it for PayPal. Now to figure out why LinkPoint isn't seeing the shipping costs.
