I want to make some old products free on a 6.5 store. I still require customers to go through the checkout process as before when the products cost money.

It all works OK except the download link is not being generated in the customers email.

How to I make it include the download link in the customers email?

Hi,

You could set xendoforderattachments and xendoforderattachmentfield options for this. I recommend to check "6.6.5 Hyperlink in invoice email" chapter in the 6.5 user manual for more details on this.
