Hi, I am switching my products' template setting back from an old customized template page to the default of tmp_product.htm and switching the template listing back to shopdisplayproducts.asp. But when I view my products its says it cannot read shopdisplayproducts.asp. My question is, what tmp file should I reupload to try and fix this error message? I have reloaded tmp_products.htm, is there any other setting I may need to fix to have the product error resolved?

Hi,

can you post the exact error message?

Also, shopdisplayproducts.asp uses the template tmp_productformat.htm and not tmp_product.htm which is used by shopexd.asp.

Hi Carrol, the error message is as follows:Cannot read /Templates/template_greenoasis700/shopdisplayproducts.asp

Hi,

shopdisplayproducts.asp is not a template file which is why it cannot find or read it. Try switching the template listing to tmp_productformat.htm instead of shopdisplayproducts.asp.
