Don't know if this has been raised before but on the shoprma.asp form the format just does not work.

If I have multiple items in my order I should be able to click on the order raise an RMA and have a tick selection of the lines in the order so I can raise an RMA against a particular item within the order at the moment the way it works I am raising an RMA against the whole order ID.
