On a recent installation, there was no email notification of sale sent from Sagepay. Turns out that the vendor email wasn't included in the form sent to Sagepay even though the vendor's email (ThisVendoremail) is pulled from the db in the form build up.
To add this, insert a line at roughly line 146 in protxgateway.asp:
stuff = stuff + "VendorEMail=" & ThisVendoremail & "&"
Switch Sagepay to the test site and do a quick transaction to check that it works.
