Wanted to add 3 new customer fields.

1. TITLE (Mr., Mrs. Miss etc) (drop down choice)
2. SUFFIX (Sr. Jr. etc) (drop down choice)
3. Address 2

Currently, there's only one address line. I want to have : Address 1 Field and an Address 2 Field. Address 2 Field is preferred by our circulation Department.

How can I edit the form to show the 3 new fields.

The only way to achieve this is to modify a number of VP-ASP files. There is no configuration option for adding drop down list to the customer forms. You will need very good ASP skills and a good understanding of the logic. The files to modify are shopcustomerform.asp, shopcustomer.asp and shop$db.asp

In addition you will need to physically add the fields to both the orders and customers tables
