Hello,

I'm having an issue with my FedEx Realtime quotes. I'm not sure where the problem is. When we have packages that are either being shipped internationally or going domestically by FedEx Express the quote that the shopping cart gives is drastically lower than what the quote should be. I have played with the fedexrtconfig.asp file as well as changing my product dimensions, but once I get one correct another one is completely off. Has anyone else ever had any sort of issue like this, any help would be appreciated.

maybe your fedex account is a discounted rates? check with fedex for sure.

I am having the same issue. The rates returned are $6 - $8 to low. I have been on the phone with FedEx and they keep blaming VPASP. I don't know where to look. Anyone else having these issues?

So our support guys can investigate would it be possible please to post a ticket in our helpdesk?

If you can provide some exact examples and ways our team can compare the rates returned with what the actual rates should be that would be great.
