I'm using fixed shipping costs for all order. 95% of all orders are for the US, but still offer shipping to Canada for one rate and all other international orders at another rate. In my shipping table however, the International rate is listed first, then Canada, the the US (alphabetically). How do I change the display order of the lookup table?
