I have set xloginseparatepage to no so the login appears on the customer details form. You can see what it looks like here:

My question is how do I put space between the name input box and the word "Email"? I have searched for hours and can't figure this one out.

Yes, this is not properly formatted on my site either. You have a sharp eye Aprilynm. I'm not a programmer, but it looks like 'if getsess("fromquickorderpage") = "Yes" checks the option setting. Then line 37 calls to load shopquickorderlogin.asp, but I can't find where it is located.

Again at line 277 it calls to display "quickorderpageheader" but I can't find this either.

Hopefully this can make it easier for someone with more skillz to pinpoint the fix.
