Hi,

Does anyone know how many products and sub-products one can have in a category?

Hi John,

there is no limit to the amount of products you can have in any category but remember to think of the customer first, and whether it would be more suitable to split a huge category into smaller more specific ones. In my opinion it makes it a little easier for the customer to browse your site, and easier for you to manage the product admin side too.

Actually VPAsp can have products in Unlimited categories and sub categories provided you run the category recognition utility. That way you can have several methods of having the customer stumble on to your product, via categorydisplay or searches
