Anyone else out there using fedex realtime?

Just noticed that all of the ground options have mysteriously disappeared.

Anyone else seeing this?

Check that...ground works...it is specifically Fedex Home Delivery (GROUNDHOME) that has gone missing.

I can see the Fedex Ground appearing on my local site. Im using fedex Realtime as well.

Maybe check your file fedexrtconfig.asp, the value for variable "FedexExcludeservices" should NOT containing : FEDEXGROUND or GROUNDHOMEDELIVERY.

Thanks Diego,

I had ground in the exclude list in the beginning because I was using GROUNDHOME.

Once I removed it, fedex ground is working.

Fedex Home Delivery (Ground Home) is still not working for some reason though.

Maybe you can ask directly to Fedex support why Ground Home is not displayed for your Fedex account ?
