Hi All,

I'm not sure what's going on, but I'm testing my cart, it's all setup.

When I'm testing as a user, I periodically getting a database connection error.

When I'm testing as an administrator, I very often am clicking around and get "Unauthorized administrator" - and have to log in again. I know my session should not be timing out, as most times it's only been a few minutes at best.

I am in a shared hosting environment, but my entire site is in a dedicated application pool.

What else can I check? I can't go live until I figure this out.

Hi Dave,

When testing it is best to use say IE for the admin and Firefox for the front end so you dont have clashes with the sessions.

Certain actions can cause the session to be lost when navigating through front and back end at the same time.
