When a customer wants to ask a question about a product, they are forced to enter their name, email and phone number. How can we delete the phone number and just ask for a name and e-mail?

Hi there
It allows customers to send in a query to the merchant about a specific product.
If using version 7.0 you can enable Ask a Question by going to admin > Advanced Settings > Software Configuration > search for xproductquestion
Set this feature to Yes.
To hide the phone field open shopquestions.asp and locate the follwoing 2 lines:
Around line 127:
CreatequestionRow GetLang("langcustPhone"), "phone", strcustphone, "No",""
Around line 151:
Validatefield GetLang("langcustPhone"), "phone", strcustphone, "No"
Add a single comma in front of each.

Sorry, a single quote ' not a comma.
