Hi All,
I've almost completed my site on my local host using IIS 7.5 and Microsoft SQL 2008. Everything works fine except for one thing. When I'm in the products display in admin and select a product it takes a minute or so to bring up the product I selected. Sometimes it will time out before the product comes up. I moved the db from my local host to my site host (VPASP) to see if there was a problem with my local server, but I got the same results. I did a SQL trace and I get a few hundred of this line:

RPC:Completed exec sp_cursorfetch 180150009,2,0,1 Internet Information Services

Anyone have this problem? Or can anyone suggest a fix?

Perhaps you could try the bug fix available in our page at :
http://helpnotes.vpasp.com/shopexd.asp?id=958

Then locate bug fix #50 Retriving records from database speed is slow.

You can follow the steps to fix the bug by scrolling down to bottom and update the files as mentioned in that part.

If it does not solve the issue, you can submit a ticket to our helpdesk at :

Hi All,
Made it slightly faster but still slow. The site and searches are very fast. Only slow in view and edit products in the admin page.
I'll submit a ticket as soon as I can get the FTP working in IIS 7.5.
