Hi,

You will need to enable full error messages on GoDaddy so that you can see the actual line of code that is causing the 500 error to be generated.

See the following helpnote from GoDaddy:

http://help.godaddy.com/topic/216/article/3430

It's not the most helpful guide, but basically the code they provide there you will need to copy and paste into a new text file. Save that file as web.config and upload this to the root directory of your website. You should then see the full error rather than the default 500 error when you replicate the steps taken to generate the error message.

Once you have the actual error if you post it back here I will see if I can help further.

Cheers,

Here is the detailed error

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01a8'
Object required: 'conn'
/shopiptocountry.asp, line 101

I found out that xhackeriptocountry YesNo (was set to yes)
Validate the IP against country. If it does not match, mark payment type as suspicious. Requires the IP To Country add-on from the VP-ASP website.
I downloaded IPToCountry add-on but was for ver 6.50 is there one for 7.00?

I would just set xhackeriptocountry to No.

This will prevent that error from occurring. You would need to contact VPASP to see if they have a copy of the IP to Country module that works with v7.0
