I am setting up a version 7.0 site and have noticed that when attempting to check out, a customer has to either have registered already or needs to sign up. Is there a way to also give the option of letting the customer checkout as a Guest and not register?

You can change the language of the registration to say purchase as guest.

Their information will propigate to the database anyway

http://www.yoursite.com/shopcustomer.asp has a previous customers can just login if you set to bypass shopcustadminlogin.asp during the checkout
