I am looking to have the facility to add notes to an order from an admin point of view. At the moment when i get an order I have the facility to mark them as processed or failed, but since we don't keep all items in stock we have to order items from our suppliers, but we are unable to reflect this on the system.
Since this is done by more than one person it would be very useful for the system to allow us to put notes along side an order, that way whoever looks at the order knows exactly the situation.
