Looking for a way to have the customer be able to select different quantities. IE...we buy a CASE of 12 boxes...customer wants only one box. How do I show both as selectable?

Why not add a second product that is a case lot with a price for 12 boxes?

This won't work well if you control inventory through the site though.

I jus thought I'd add this idea in since no one had offered a solution as of yet.

That is basically what we have ended up doing. I just think I can't be the only one that needs this solution. Just a simple drop down that lets the customer select case/box/ea or whatever so I dont have to manually change thousands of items...
