I've got the bit turned on that allows a buyer to fax us or call us with their payment information.
If they purchase a downloadable product, it does not show up at the top of shopthanks and that's ok.
But I don't know what to check or click or set so that when their order is confirmed they can go back into their account and download the file.
It shows up in their account info, but there's no file behind the "download" hyperlink.
I'm using version 7. Any tips for turning this on? |
