I am trying to Impliment customer base pricing as stated in the VPASP 6.5 manual on page 153 section 12.4.1.3 Customer Based Pricing using Customer Prices Table.

I set up a test:
Xcustomerprices = Yes

customerid = 18 (mine)
categoryid = 0
catalogid = 0
discountpercent = blank
discountamount = 5

Theoretically this should give 5 dollars off of each product correct? It isnt working, when I log in I still see the normal price all the way through checkout.

Ideas? Am I missing something?

Have you tried clearing the browser cache? or even a simple refresh the page after logout, then log back in.

I have done the following:

-cleared cookies
-logged out
-went to shopend1.asp to clear anything
-closed browser
-reopened browser
-logged back in

which did not work.
