Using VPASP 6.5
Has anyone had an occurence whereby one product was not found in the site search?
Our client found that a particular product that was listed in the admin pages and was NOT hidden(!), was not being found by the site search.
The product was visible in general product listings within the shop.
A random check of many other products resulted in them all being found so this suggests this is a one-off.
I opened the product record within admin and without changing anything chose 'Update Record'. Thereafter the product WAS found by the site search within the shop.
Anyone else had this?
Any ideas what causes it and how to be sure it won't happen again!
