We've set allowcoupons=yes, then set up a coupon, 0.1 for 10%. It's not limited to any categories.
But when customers enter the coupon code, no discount is shown even if they go all the way to checkout. Any ideas what the problem can be?

I did reload shop configuration after setting allowcoupons=yes.
